Scope of Work

This includes reconditioning the electrical system to provide dedicated power and installing new snow retention guards on both elevations. The base bid (CLIN 0001) covers mobilization, heat cable installation (approximately 250 LNFT per side with electrical reconditioning and waterproofing), and snow retention guards. An optional bid item (CLIN 1001) involves repairing 200 square feet of damaged soffit. Work will be performed at 34 GCR 66, Grand Lake, CO 80446.
