Opportunity Details

Scope of Work
The contractor will provide and maintain a secure storage facility, along with necessary personnel and supervision, to safeguard Government-owned, mission-essential shipping containers. Key requirements from the Performance Work Statement (PWS) include:
- Capacity: Accommodate at least thirty (30) 20-foot ISO shipping containers, unstacked.
- Security: Perimeter fencing, electronic access gates, and 24/7 video surveillance. Contractors are prohibited from accessing locked containers. Suspected security breaches must be reported within two hours.
- Access: Ensure full and unimpeded access for authorized Government personnel during normal business hours for maintenance and property management.
- Pest Control: Implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan, specifically for Brown Tree Snake mitigation.
- Hazardous Materials: Ability to accommodate hazardous materials storage upon formal written request.
- Insurance: Maintain commercial property insurance of at least $1,000,000 covering loss, damage, or destruction of Government property.

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Evaluation factors include:

- Price: Reasonableness, evaluated per FAR 12.203.
