Personnel & Facility Requirements
Contractors must meet specific security clearance requirements:
- Facility Clearance Level (FCL): TOP SECRET/SCI and safeguarding clearance of SECRET at the primary facility.
- Personnel Clearance Level (PCL): Minimum current SECRET security clearance for all personnel directly supporting the Task Order (except Management/Support). Specific roles (Fully Qualified Navy Validator 2, Information System Security Manager 2, Software Engineer 2) require final TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.
