Scope of Work
The project involves removing approximately 350 linear feet of existing 6-inch cast iron domestic water piping and replacing it with PVC piping. This includes the removal and replacement of one 6-inch fire hydrant valve, one 6-inch water main valve, and one 6-inch branch valve. Work is located at the NIST Boulder Campus, specifically the Daycare center lawn, from Building 26 to the front of Building 3 main entrance sidewalk. Key tasks include demolition, installation of new piping and valves (e.g., Mueller Resilient Wedge Gate Valves), testing, disinfection, and restoration of disturbed areas. Coordination with daycare operations, fire hydrant service interruption, and traffic/pedestrian control is required, along with a site-specific Safety Plan and compliance with NIST identification requirements.

- Company profile and a statement of capability detailing skills, experience, knowledge, and proposed equipment.
