Scope of Work

• Minimum 1-year warranty covering parts and labor. Installation services include:
• Providing all resources for setup, ensuring proper operation, and maintaining facility cleanliness.
• Repairing any damage to government property caused during installation.
• Providing and wiring any special plug/outlet requirements. Training and Support:
• Conducting training for government personnel on the entire system, including operation.
• Providing a basic starter kit of supplies.
• Offering technical support via phone or in-person. Operations Security (OPSEC):
• Compliance with 366 FW OPSEC requirements, including a unit-specific briefing.
• Adherence to a 100% shred requirement for government-related paper products using NSA-approved devices.
