Planned Project Scope
The project aims to mitigate soil erosion in Sector 30, an area with a 12- to 13-foot-tall hillside slope (1:1 to 4:1 gradient) adjacent to a sediment basin. The scope includes:
- Removing and replacing failed pavement, slope, earthwork, and storm drains.
- Installing permanent vegetation and erosion control measures.
- Site clearing, subgrade work, permanent fill slope construction, and drainage improvements.
- Compliance with Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) dust emission mitigation and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements.
Anticipated Contract Details & Requirements
