Key Requirements

The contractor will monitor existing alarm systems (e.g., Bosch, ADT, Honeywell), perform annual inspections of 14 fire/intrusion alarms and 8 sprinkler systems, and provide zone reporting, low battery/trouble signal monitoring, and monthly reports. The contractor's monitoring facility must be "Hot Redundant," FM Certified to NFPA 72 standards, and UL Listed. All contractor personnel, particularly Monitoring Technicians, must be U.S. citizens and possess an active SECRET security clearance. Training for park personnel is also required. Services are needed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Contract Details
