Scope of Work
The requirement is for a single machine designed for slitting, rotary die-cutting, and rewinding roll materials in a continuous operation. Key capabilities include:

- Slitting: 16 preset knife locations, accuracy of ±0.004 in.
- Die-Cutting: Rotary die-cutting station with kisscut and fullcut capability, registration accuracy of ±0.006 in.
- Rewinding: Dual shaft rewinder with servo-controlled tension.
- Material: Thickness 0.8–10 mil.
- Control System: PLC touchscreen HMI, UL-listed electrical panel, OSHA-compliant guarding.
- Special Requirements: Machine must be manufactured, assembled, and tested in the United States (Buy American Act compliant). The vendor must provide installation, commissioning, a minimum of 4 hours of operator training, and a 12-month warranty with U.S.-based technical support.
