To procure the rental of a specialized thermal system to support system testing at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD).

• Provide a high-capacity chiller unit capable of cooling approximately 4,000 gallons of ~33% concentration saltwater solution to below its freezing point (below 0°C / 32°F).

• Provide a high-capacity heater/boiler unit capable of heating the same solution to temperatures exceeding ~38°C/100°F.

• Supply a pump with sufficient Gallons Per Minute (GPM) for rapid heating/cooling.

• Provide all necessary supplies, return piping/hosing, and compatible connections/flanges.

• Furnish a generator and ancillary electrical components for simultaneous power supply to all equipment.

• Purchase four (4) 55-gallon drums of glycol.

• Set up and operationally check the thermal system on-site at NSWC PCD.

• Provide basic operational briefings to NSWC PCD personnel.

• Perform post-rental cleaning, flushing, and decontamination of all provided equipment.

• Deliver and pick up all rented equipment and associated items.

• Rental period estimated to be up to eight (8) weeks.

• Period of performance is from date of award until 90 days after award of purchase order.

• System setup and operation will be on-site at NSWC PCD.

• The system must be capable of handling a ~33% concentration saltwater solution.

• Security requirements are UNCLASSIFIED; no access to classified information is required.

• Contractor must adhere to information release and safeguarding protocols, including those for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
