• Disposal: All waste must be disposed of off National Forest land in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws. Contractor is responsible for disposal arrangements and costs.

• Travel: Contractor is responsible for all travel costs; no reimbursement will be provided. Overnight stays and camping on Forest Service land are not permitted. Access to sites may require high-clearance vehicles or tire chains.
