Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, licenses, and permits to complete the HVAC replacement. Key tasks include:
- Removing and replacing eight (8) large and three (3) small electric in-wall heaters with programmable thermostats.
- Removing and replacing ten (10) baseboard electric heaters with programmable thermostats.
- Removing and replacing five (5) furnaces with Lennox EL196UH070XE36B series (or approved equal).
- Removing and replacing four (4) boilers and sidearm water heaters with Peerless Boilers Series 63 Gas Boiler (or approved equal). The objective is to bring residences up to current standards, complete deferred maintenance, and improve sustainability and efficiency. All removed materials must be hauled off to a state-approved sanitary landfill, and any incidental damage caused during work must be repaired.
