  • Platform 2: A single platform that instantly locates critical persons of interest and alerts the Diplomatic Security Service of new addresses, aliases, and identifiers using matching rules.
  • Platform 3: A single platform featuring a national tower database with over 3.2 million sectors in the U.S., utilizing Google Earth, incorporating third-party geo-location mapping and forensic extract visualization within call detail record mapping, developed with a scientifically based model meeting Daubert, Frye, and Rule 702 standards, and with the ability to provide expert testimony.
