Its purpose is to gather industry comments, suggestions, or questions on the attached draft Purchase Description and to identify vendors capable of performing the requirements. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), and no proposals are being requested or accepted. The government is not obligated to make an award as a result of this market survey.
Scope of Requirement
The requirement is for the procurement of Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Client Server Application Software licenses. This includes perpetual licenses for 3 TBs of eDiscovery Platform Processing, Platform Collection, and unlimited Legal Holds, along with maintenance and support. The software assists USACE attorneys and non-attorneys in reviewing Electronic Discovery (e-Discovery) and managing electronically stored information (ESI) and litigation holds. The contractor will also provide help desk support, software updates (excluding major new releases), and corrections for software problems. The anticipated period of performance is one year, with product delivery within 30 days of award. The applicable NAICS code is 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing.
Response Requirements
