SOF Landing is identified as one of only a few limited sources for this niche supply. The authority cited is FAR 12.201-1, as Caprines are commercial products, and SOF Landing is a limited source, aligning with Table 12-1 of FAR 12.102. Market research for a recompete had previously identified two capable companies.
