• Menu Approval: A food selection menu must be provided in advance to the Government representative for approval.

• Diagram Approval: A set-up diagram must be provided to the Government for approval 14 days prior to the event.

• Cancellation/Changes: The Government may cancel at no cost up to 10 days prior to the event. The Government may reduce the number of guests up to 5 days prior to the event without charge for the reduced number.
