Quick Summary
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, on behalf of Commander Naval Operations (OPNAV), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the New York Yacht Club (NYYC). This requirement is for event space and services to host various events for distinguished guests during the International Navy Review (INR) 250, a cornerstone of the United States' Semiquincentennial celebration. The period of performance is from July 2, 2026, to July 7, 2026. This is a Special Notice, and interested parties may submit statements of capability by June 1, 2026.
Scope of Work
The contract requires the NYYC to provide comprehensive event services, including event space, food, and beverages, for distinguished guests attending the INR 250. Specific events include a Welcome Aboard reception, daily breakfasts, brunches, lunches, and dedicated private meeting spaces (KLE Space, Ward Room, After Guard Room) for bilateral/multilateral engagements. The venue must reflect the significance of the occasion, provide utmost privacy and security, be in proximity to international delegation hotels, and be approved by NCIS for security.
