The contractor will engineer the removal and replacement of existing DAS components with new 5G-capable systems manufactured by Advanced RF Technologies (ADRF). The primary focus is a full 5G upgrade of Building 758, Jefferson Hall Library. Optional work, contingent on funding, includes upgrades and redundant power for the General Instructional Building (GIB) and Building 752 (Mahan Hall). Key activities involve RF Propagation studies, preliminary engineering design, installation, testing, certification, and the development of "As Built" drawings. All systems must meet specific performance standards (RSRP, SINR), support IPv6, comply with Section 508, and accommodate ATT, VERIZON, and T-Mobile spectrum bands (LTE and 5G).

Submission & Evaluation

Submissions must be sent via mail (commercial/Government carrier or hand-carried); electronic submissions are not accepted, though digital volumes on a single CD ROM or within a binder (if the digital copy is on CD ROM) are permitted. Evaluation will consider Technical, Past Performance, and Price factors, with award made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical proposals will be assessed against BICSI / ANSI-BICSI 006 standards. Offerors must provide up to three recent (within 36 months) and relevant past performance examples.
