Submission & Evaluation
Bids must be submitted electronically via email to the designated points of contact. FAX, hardcopy, DVD/CD-ROM, and hand-carried bids will not be accepted. All bids must be valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days. The Government will evaluate bids without discussions, based on the lowest evaluated price. Bidders must carefully read the entire IFB, including Sections L and M, and complete all necessary fill-ins and representations (e.g., SF 1449, Section B, E, F, J, K). Failure to complete any items may result in rejection.
