Scope of Work
The requirement includes the delivery, installation, and startup testing of three (3) Automatic Endoscopic Leak Testers. These testers must be compatible with Olympus flexible endoscopes, capable of simultaneously testing two endoscopes, performing automatic dry leak testing and manual wet leak testing, and printing test results. The devices must also be self-check capable. Required accessories include printer paper, portable printers, wall mount holders, leak test air tubes, power cords, User ID Master Cards, Scope ID Master Cards, and Card Holders. On-site equipment training for clinical staff is also required.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a detailed quote including pricing and technical specifications, an equipment technical specifications sheet, and an OEM Letter confirming status as an Authorized Distributor. Submissions are to be sent electronically to cory.rosene@va.gov. Evaluation will be based on Technical Requirement, Past Performance, and Price. The Government intends to award without discussions. Offerors must be registered in SAM and provide an Authorized Distributor Letter from the OEM. The Non-Manufacturer Rule is not applicable due to a Class Waiver.
