Scope of Work

The contractor will provide personnel, equipment, supplies, and services, managing waste using existing government-furnished equipment (baler/compactors and dumpsters) and providing rental dumpsters. Services cover collection, transport, and disposal/diversion of various waste streams, including landfilled refuse, OCC, paper, steel, and wood. Annual steam cleaning of government-furnished baler/compactors is also required.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit pricing for all items using Attachment 5 - Bid Schedule.xlsx, rounding prices to the nearest dollar. Evaluation will be based on best value to the Government, considering technical acceptability and other criteria. Technical acceptability requires meeting all requirements, submitting SF1449, the Bid Schedule, acknowledgments of amendments, and at least two relevant prime contractor experience references. Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.

Special Requirements & Notes
