Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all equipment, software, hardware, mobile trailer units, materials, labor, and professional services to deliver and install a turnkey, mobile security camera trailer-based LPR system. The objective is to enhance real-time situational awareness, support law enforcement, provide flexible and relocatable surveillance, and operate independently of Government-owned infrastructure at Riverside National Cemetery. The system must be self-contained, require no permanent power or network connections, and be easily deployable/relocatable by government personnel.
System Requirements
The system must include ten (10) mobile LPR camera trailer units that are solar-powered with battery backup and cellular connectivity. Key capabilities include identifying vehicles by license plate, make, model, color, and features, with real-time alerting for law enforcement databases and user-defined "Hot Lists." It must support geospatial search, data analytics, interoperability with local law enforcement LPR systems, and secure data export. Compliance with FBI CJIS Security Policy and California DOJ/CLETS requirements is mandatory. The period of performance is a base year plus four (4) one-year option periods.
