Scope of Work
The requirement involves providing all necessary furnishings, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and management for:
- Disassembly and reassembly of office furniture as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
- Relocation of furniture from Bldg 4605 (off-base) to Bldg 701 (First Floor) at Keesler AFB.
- Specific tasks include disassembling two 8'x10" "U" shaped cubicles in Bldg 4605, Rm 102, and reassembling them into two stand-alone cubicles in Bldg 701, Rm 118.
- Post-installation cleanup, including removal and disposal of all debris and recyclable materials at the Keesler Recycling Center.
- Protection of existing furniture and building materials with industry-approved coverings.
Performance Details
- Place of Performance: Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS. Furniture move from Bldg 4605 to Bldg 701.
- Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding Federal Holidays.
- Special Requirements: Contractors must use the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Area (Division Street Gate) for Bldg 4605 access. Bldg 4605 has a loading dock; Bldg 701 has two steps and no loading dock.
- Standards: Daily clean-up, trash disposal per state laws, and contractor responsibility for any damage to Government property.
