Scope of Work

Technical Data Package (TDP) & Source Controlled Parts
A Technical Data Package (TDP) is available with a Distribution D statement, limiting access to Department of War (DoW) and U.S. DoW contractors. To obtain the TDP, vendors must possess a current DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) on file with DLIS. Access requests must be submitted via SAM.gov, and the approved DD Form 2345 emailed to the listed contract specialists. Vendors without a current DD 2345 must apply through the Joint Certification Program, which can take 6-10 weeks. All distributed technical data must be destroyed after use. The TDP includes source-controlled parts (Attachment 0003), requiring vendors to prove their ability to obtain these from approved sources or commit to the Source Approval Request (SAR) process.
Response Requirements & Submission
This is a market research survey, not a solicitation. Vendors are requested to provide detailed information including:

- Business type (NAICS 336390 - Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing) and small business status.
- Confirmation of current DD 2345.
- Capability and experience, including past performance and manufacturing location.

- Production capacity, lead times, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing, and logistics capabilities (including European delivery and EU regulations compliance).
