• Design/Manufacturing Risk Mitigation: Approach to identifying and mitigating design/manufacturing issues.
• Obsolescence Management: Process for handling component obsolescence, including identifying alternatives and potential delivery delays.
• DoD Delivery Requirements: Experience meeting DoD delivery schedules and identification of potential supply chain risks.
• Estimated Lead Time: For quantities between 10-100 units.
• Contract Preference: Willingness to meet the government's preference for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
• Government Approved Source: Experience with Government Acceptance requirements and First Article testing/evaluation if not currently an approved source.

• JCP Status: Companies must have active status in the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program (JCP).

• TDP Delivery: Upon verification of NDA and JCP status, the TDP will be uploaded to DoD SAFE, and an email with a download link and password will be sent.
• NDA Signee and Data Custodian: These individuals should be the same person. Verify and update JCP portal information if necessary.
