Eligibility & Submission Requirements
This Sources Sought is specifically for IEEs, defined as businesses where:
- Combined Indian, Federally Recognized Indian Tribe, or Alaska Native Corporation ownership is at least 51%.
- Indians or Indian Tribes receive at least 51% of contract earnings.
- Management and daily operations are controlled by one or more individuals who are Indians.
