- Fill Dirt: Max Qty 75 Ton
Delivery is FOB Destination to Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD. The vendor must provide and offload materials at a designated location, with delivery prices included in the total price. Deliveries are requested Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, within 15 days of request. Specific material uses include Concrete Sand for interment operations and Dry Fines for headstone maintenance.

- NAICS Code: 212321 – Construction Sand and Gravel Mining (500 employees).
- Site Restrictions: Truck size is restricted to 15 tons in the Maintenance Compound; no pup or side dump trailers allowed in this area. The Spoils Area has no delivery restrictions.
- Conduct: Contractors must adhere to a "Dignity Clause" requiring respect for headstones, markers, and remains. Damage to property or remains will result in repair/replacement costs at the contractor's expense.
- Safety: Compliance with all VA, OSHA, and State of South Dakota safety requirements is mandatory.
