Performance Standards & Requirements

Contractor personnel must comply with all applicable Federal, State, local laws, and Navy/Marine Corps/FRCE regulations. On-site performance is required at FRCE and remote sites (MCAS New River, Global TransPark, MCAS Beaufort). The contractor must maintain a flexible workforce, provide regular status reports, and implement a Quality Control Plan. Personnel require background investigations and Common Access Cards (CAC). The Government will provide workspaces, computers, network access, special tooling, hand tools, GSE, consumables, parts, and most PPE.
