Purpose

Scope of Work
The potential requirement anticipates a seven-year Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for engineering services. Project components include:
- Producing a Planning Charrette Report II (PCR II), including a DD Form 1391.
- Conducting a Geotechnical Survey.
- Planning and designing a hardened, underground, secure Combat Center Building (CATCODE 141446) and squadron operations buildings for various airframes and missions (e.g., bombers, fighters, ISR).
- Designing additional facilities such as administrative offices, command and control facilities, operational readiness and life support facilities, elevators, and a parking garage.
- All ancillary supporting facilities, security measures, utility services, site work, and demolition to ensure a complete and usable facility.
