Submission Requirements
Interested offerors must first request the drawing package in writing. This requires providing Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration and a DD Form 2345. Once registered, sources can request the CUI drawings. All responding sources must email their submissions, including:
- Company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature
- Organization name, address, point of contact, phone, fax, email
- Business size, Taxpayer Identification Number, DUNS number, and CAGE Code.
Submissions should be sent to claudia.p.segura2.civ@us.navy.mil and patrina.l.givens.civ@us.navy.mil. Large files should be compressed using WinZip.
