Statement of Work (SOW)

To upgrade the outdated communications infrastructure for the Security Guard Branch at U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, West Desert Test Center.

• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, installation, programming, and testing for a modernized Motorola-based communication system.

• Procurement and delivery of required Motorola communications equipment and accessories.

• Installation of equipment in designated facilities and vehicles.

• System programming according to mission-specific requirements (frequency, channel, encryption).

• On-site testing and validation.

• Removal of obsolete hardware (if applicable).

This notice is a market research tool issued by MICC Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), UT, to identify capable vendors for a Radio System Upgrade. The government intends to procure this requirement competitively if sufficient interest from qualified vendors is identified. The procurement may be set aside for small businesses or conducted via full and open competition based on market research results.
