Scope of Work

The potential requirement is for a seven-year Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) and includes:

  • Producing a Planning Charrette Report II (PCR II) and DD Form 1391.
  • Conducting a geotechnical survey.
  • Planning and designing a Secure Administrative Headquarters building (CATCODE 141446).
  • Designing ancillary supporting facilities such as a secure warehouse, general purpose storage, access control and guard house complex, antennae yard, multiple unit buildings, secure perimeter fencing, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance.
  • Designing all site and building utility services, including potable and non-potable water, electrical distribution, surface water management, sanitary sewer, communication networks, substations, generators, fueling operations, and chilled water.
  • All site work, including demolition, site preparation and grading, vehicle and pedestrian circulation networks, parking, sunshades, concrete pads, and xeriscaping.
  • Any other supporting work necessary to create a complete and usable facility.
