Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for IPM services. Key services include:

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Pricing Proposal via email by April 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM MST. Questions are due by April 10, 2026, 5:00 PM MST, to Kerri Gilmore. Proposals must be valid for 120 days.
Evaluation will be on a Best Value basis, with Technical Capability and Past Performance significantly more important than Price. Technical approach will be assessed on understanding of IPM, methods for pest control, emergency response, and compliance with regulations (EPA, OSHA, FIFRA). Past performance requires at least two recent and relevant references, preferably from healthcare or government facilities. Price will be evaluated for completeness, reasonableness, and balance.
