Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, and supervision for a wide range of services, including:

- Headstone Services (setting, raising, realigning, cleaning)

- Turf and Grasses Maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, pest control, renovation)

- Ceremonies Assistance (setup, takedown, storage for events like Memorial Day) All services must adhere to National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Standards, with performance objectives detailed in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Hybrid Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
- Period of Performance: A 12-month base year (anticipated May 27, 2026 - May 26, 2027) plus two (2) 12-month option years.

- Technical Capability Subfactors: Grounds Management Plan, Irrigation Management Plan, Work Plan, Site Specific Safety Plan, and Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan.

Special Requirements
A Site Manager with specific experience is required. Offerors must submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
