Purpose & Background

The Government seeks to identify potential 8(a) Small Businesses with the experience and capabilities to perform multimedia production work for the Headquarters United States Air Force Chaplain Corps. Vendors are also encouraged to provide feedback on the attached Draft PWS, including potential risks, opportunities, improvements, and recommended contract vehicles or NAICS codes.
Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive multimedia, web architecture, and visual communication solutions. Key areas include:
- Web Architecture & Content Management: Develop and maintain a SharePoint-based Resource Hub, managing digital content updates (12-24 posts/month).
- Multimedia & Video Production: Produce broadcast-quality video products (2-4 projects/month).
- Graphic Design, Photography, & Brand Management: Create visual assets and photography (10-15 designs/month, 2-3 events/month).
- Asset Repository & Data Management: Establish and maintain a secure digital archive.
- Strategic Alignment, Reporting, & Knowledge Transfer.
Contract Details & Requirements
- Opportunity Type: Sources Sought (RFI).

- Place of Performance: Contractor's designated office, AF/HC, or other approved location (DC 20330). The Government will provide workspace and basic equipment.
