This document is a Sources Sought notice issued by the Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) 21st Contracting Squadron for market research purposes, in accordance with FAR Part 10. The objective is to gather information from vendors regarding their capability to accomplish requirements for an "LMR Move." The results will help determine the method of procurement. This is not a solicitation, and the Government is not seeking quotes at this time.

Vendors are requested to respond to the following:

• Motorola certification and capability for the stated requirements.

• Business categorization as small business under the specified NAICS code.

• Suggestions for alternative NAICS codes with rationale.

• Intention to provide a quote and estimated time to draft a quote.

• Information on included warranties and extended warranty options.

• Company details: name, address, point of contact, phone, email, CAGE/DUNS, and contract vehicle number (if applicable).

• Submit questions and expressed interest/capability via email.

Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for relocation and installation services for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) equipment at Peterson SFB.

Dispatch Consoles:

• Relocate one (1) Dispatch Console from Master Site to Building 1158.
• Relocate one (1) Dispatch Console from Building 845 to Building 1158.
• Once the Command Post is operational with two (2) Dispatch Consoles, relocate one (1) Dispatch Console from Building 845 to the Master Site. This includes removing existing LMR ring infrastructure, switch, and media converters.
• Furnish and install network/jumper cables as required.

Desktop Remotes:

• Install two (2) MCD5000's inside the CAT, connected to the existing LMR Consolettes.
• Install two (2) MCD5000's inside the Command Post, connected to the existing LMR Consolettes.
• Furnish and install network/jumper cables as required.

Note: All LMR connectivity/data ports will be managed by the contractor performing the remodel to the Communications Room. The vendor will furnish and install grounding to connect to the customer-furnished single point ground.

• Perform testing and optimization of equipment.

• Administer safe work procedures.

• Ensure proper disposal of all debris.

• Perform the installation services.

• Adhere to manufacturer's recommendations during installation.

• Provide all necessary authorizations, approvals, permits, and agreements.

• Provide site access and escort during normal work hours.

• Provide adequate space and garage space (if necessary) for equipment installation.

• Provide primary electrical power and connectivity/connections at equipment locations.

• Provide a Point of Contact for questions.

• Ensure all radio equipment is programmed prior to installation.

• Sign an "Installation Completion Form" upon satisfactory completion.

• The SOW is for services related to Quote # 2025-01-15-001, dated January 12, 2026.

• Locations include Master Site, Building 1158, Building 845, and the CAT at Peterson SFB, CO.
