Scope of Work
NASA is seeking a fully compliant, pad-mounted MV transformer assembly. Key requirements include:
- Technical Specifications: Primary 15 kV class, Secondary 4160 V (3-phase), 5,000 kVA capacity, 60 Hz frequency. Must feature a stainless steel tank, copper windings, mineral oil dielectric, and be suitable for outdoor, tamper-resistant installation.
- Standards: Compliance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems, and IEEE/ANSI/NEMA standards.
- Deliverables: One MV transformer, along with comprehensive documentation including as-built drawings, test reports (FAT), oil certificate, material certifications, commissioning plan, maintenance manual, and warranty certificate.
- Exclusions: Installation and construction services are not included.
