Required Capabilities
DEVCOM AC is seeking information on technologies for the kinetic, physical defeat of small UAS, specifically regarding:
- Defeat Modality: Gun/munition-based, Interceptor UAS, etc.
- Capabilities: Defeat ranges, cost-per-kill, stowed kills.
- System Attributes: Size, Weight, Power, Cost (SWaP-C).
- Maturity: Technology Readiness Level (TRL), development timelines, planned demonstrations.
- Collateral Damage: Potential effects.
- Interoperability: With Command & Control (C2) systems, detection/tracking sensors, mobility platforms, and other weapon systems.
- Safety: Features, protocols, and architectures.
Industry Day Details
The in-person Industry Day will be held on April 28, 2026, from 0830 to 1630 EST (check-in at 0800) at the Cannon Gates Club, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The event will feature presentations from Subject Matter Experts on C-UAS missions, user needs, design considerations, and safety. An afternoon panel discussion will allow industry partners to ask questions. No competition-sensitive or proprietary information will be released, and all company information will be treated confidentially. No 1-on-1 sessions will be held.
Registration & Attendance
- Eligibility: Open to U.S. based companies. Attendees must be U.S. citizens. Companies must be registered and cleared in the Joint Certification Program (JCP).
- Limit: Maximum of two (2) representatives per company. Attendance may be limited to companies with kinetic C-UAS capabilities.
- Requirements:
- Complete the attached registration form (Attachment 1).
- Submit a Company Overview/Product Sheet (max 2 pages).
- Submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Email all documents to Qendresa Neza (qendresa.neza.civ@army.mil) and Nicole L. Thalmann (nicole.l.thalmann.civ@army.mil) with the subject line "Response to DEVCOM Armaments Center Kinetic C-UAS Industry Day, Company Name."
- Arsenal Access: Requires a Real ID Driver's License or valid Passport/original Social Security card, and a Criminal Background Check.
- Notification: Acceptance/rejection will be provided by April 15, 2026.
