Project Scope

Contractor Capability Statement Requirements

- VA/NCA National Cemetery projects or similar large-scale land development/park projects.
- State/local/private cemetery projects.

- Building construction, site utilities, paving, or multi-phased land development over 10 acres.
- Specific experience with pond liner systems, stormwater management, paving, landscaping (Puerto Rico climate preferred), irrigation systems (including ponds, wells, pumping), and phased construction at occupied facilities.
