• Pumping of 1750-gallon tanks (Sites A & B): Semi-annually, 3-7 business days prior to Memorial Day and Veterans Day. Scheduled with COR at least 10 working days in advance.

• Pumping of 1000-gallon tank (Site C): Every other month on the first Wednesday. Services confirmed with COR in writing at least 10 working days in advance.

• Inspection of septic systems (Sites A, B, C): Annually, during Memorial Day pumping services. Includes testing of the septic tank alarm system.
