Key Requirements & Personnel
Personnel must possess a California State Guard registration card (BSIS), a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years old, pass a criminal background check, and be U.S. citizens or legally authorized to work. Guards must hold an active Private Patrol Officer License. The contractor must provide a signed statement verifying personnel qualifications and maintain a current list of all individuals and vehicles onsite. Key personnel required are a Program Manager and an Onsite Supervisor.
