  • Public Comment Processing: Cataloging, analyzing, and summarizing public comments on proposed rulemakings.
  • Project Management: Providing support for various regulatory initiatives and status reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to statutory, administrative, Treasury, and FinCEN requirements.
  • Regulatory Impact Analyses (RIAs): Supporting the preparation of RIAs, including cost-benefit analyses and Paperwork Reduction Act impacts.

Services will be performed on-site in Washington, DC, and Vienna, VA, with an active Secret facility security clearance required. Remote work requires prior written approval.
