Scope of Work

- Compliance: Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to statutory, administrative, Treasury, and FinCEN requirements.
- Regulatory Impact Analyses (RIAs): Supporting the preparation of RIAs, including cost-benefit analyses and Paperwork Reduction Act impacts.
Services will be performed on-site in Washington, DC, and Vienna, VA, with an active Secret facility security clearance required. Remote work requires prior written approval.
Submission Requirements
