Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide unarmed security guard services at the Mare Island Naval Cemetery in Vallejo, California, ensuring a secure, respectful, and dignified environment for visitors, staff, and government property.

• Provide unarmed security guard services including perimeter and grounds patrols, incident response, and property surveillance.

• Deter trespassing, vandalism, theft, and unauthorized activity.
