  • Business Intelligence & Data Visualization (BI/DV): User training and security administration.
  • System Modernization: Improving and automating the PPBE system, enhancing data exchanges, integrating processes, migrating capabilities to cloud services, and modernizing Program Review using AI.

Submission & Evaluation

Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement (no more than 7 pages) addressing experience, staffing, and technical capabilities related to Critical Task Elements. Submissions must include business address, Point of Contact (POC), CAGE code, UEI number, business size status, contract history (last 3 years), contract vehicles, and recommendations for NAICS code and contract type. Responses will inform the government's acquisition strategy (e.g., small business set-aside or unrestricted competition).

Eligibility / Set-Aside

This is not a set-aside, but the government encourages responses from all interested and capable sources, including small business concerns (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB). The small business size standard for NAICS 541511 is $34 million.
