This document is a notice of the Government's intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Getinge USA Sales for services that are unique or highly specialized, making them the only capable source. This is being done under the authority of FAR 8.401 and GSAM/R 538.7104-3(b)(1)(ii).

Responsible sources that can provide the requested equipment and services are invited to submit a capability statement via email to Minkyu.kim@ihs.gov. The email should reference notice number IHS1526435. The Government will use these responses to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.

Sources Sought Notice

Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for sterilizing equipment located at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC).

• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration verification, and onsite repair services for specified equipment.
