Contract Details
This is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed-price task orders. The ordering period is five years from the award date, with an option for up to six additional months. The estimated total value for task orders will not exceed $150 million over the five-year period. The NAICS code is 541330 (Engineering Services) with a size standard of $25.5 million. The acquisition is conducted under full and open competition, with up to ten IDIQ contracts expected to be awarded, and up to three of these reserved for small business concerns. Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically to KSC-DL-OPCS-PROPOSALS@mail.nasa.gov by May 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Offerors must submit a completed SF 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications, Parts I and II. Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) must be completed by customer contacts and sent directly to the Contracting Officers (LaCorsha Noel or Stephen Crooks) via email by the same deadline. The evaluation will be based on five criteria: Specialized Experience (35%), Professional Qualifications (35%), Past Performance (10%), Capacity to Accomplish Multiple Task Orders (10%), and Location Knowledge/Experience (10%). The past performance evaluation period is the immediate past six years. Awards will be made to responsible offerors whose proposals represent the Best Value to the Government.
