Registration & Participation
To register, interested parties must submit the completed PDF form titled "AFM III Conference & Site Visit" via the DOD SAFE Site (https://safe.apps.mil/) to the specified points of contact. Attendance is limited to three individuals per offeror per event. Offerors are responsible for all travel, lodging, and subsistence costs. Access to Redstone Arsenal requires a Common Access Card (CAC), Military ID, or an RSA Visitor Badge. Non-CAC holders attending the Fort Campbell site visit must provide additional personal details (Date of Birth, SS#, Driver's License #, and State of Issue).
Important Notes
Attendance at the pre-proposal conference or site visit is not required for offer submission. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing (limited to five per contractor) to the provided email addresses; verbal questions will not be answered. Per FAR 15.106(a)(2), nothing stated during these events will qualify or modify the solicitation terms unless formally amended in writing. Photography is not permitted.
