Event Focus:

• Morning Sessions: Working sessions on strategic challenge areas including AI for threat detection, Post-Quantum Cryptography, Decentralized Identity, Non-Person Identities, and MP Federation. Questions will be posed to industry regarding realistic end states, optimal sequencing, timelines, and critical problems to resolve by 2032.
• Afternoon 1:1 Sessions: Limited, by-appointment-only sessions with ICAM leaders. Vendors must attend the morning session to be eligible. Vendors should be prepared to discuss acquisition and contracting approaches (AAF, contract vehicles/types), request criteria for proposals, and performance assessment methods. A 10-page written submission addressing the morning session questions is also required.

Vendor Participation:

• Up to 35 qualified vendors will be invited.
• Selection criteria include experience with AI in ICAM, Zero Trust Architecture, full identity lifecycle management, federated identity, SSO, dynamic access control, and specific knowledge areas related to identity fabrics, authenticators, logging, and authorization/authentication policies.
• Technical attendees are encouraged.

Registration:

• Company Registration Deadline: April 24, 2026, 1200 EST.
• A single POC per company must register via the provided link. Individual registrations are not permitted.
• Attendee names must be submitted to the POCs (Mr. Shawn Jamerson or Mr. Kenneth Faulcon) by the registration deadline.

Important Notes:

• Attendance at the morning session is mandatory for afternoon 1:1 sessions.
• The Government will not pay for any costs incurred by participants.
• This notice is for planning purposes only; a formal solicitation will be announced separately.
