Program Overview
The SSC/PKA has already released three (3) RFQs for SSSV BPAs: Administrative Support, Cybersecurity Support, and Acquisition Support. The RFQ for Acquisition Support (RFQ1803800) was released on GSA eBuy on April 1, 2026, with a due date of May 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM PST. The remaining three (3) Commercial solicitations are projected for release in Calendar Year 2026 (CY2026) on GSA eBuy, with corresponding Special Notices on SAM.gov to inform industry of potential teaming opportunities.
Remaining Projected Constellations
All BPAs will be Multiple-Award, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) for Commercial A&AS Services, with a potential maximum of five (5) awardees per constellation. GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) holders must have the correct NAICS and Category incorporated into their schedule to be eligible.
