- Phase 1 Distance Learning (DL): Computer-based instruction for NREMT-B, PHTLS, and AMLS.
- Phase 2 Residence: On-site training at Fort Bragg, NC, covering NREMT-B, AMLS, PHTLS, and TCCC Tier III, with battlefield and disease-centric medical scenarios.
- Culmination Exercise (CULEX) (Optional CLIN): Planning and execution of a simulated Irregular Warfare (IW) environment exercise, if the government-led CULEX is unable to occur.
- Refresher Distance Learning (DL) (Optional CLIN): One-week NREMT-B DL refresher courses, up to five times annually, for up to 20 students per course.

- Period of Performance: Base period from March 23, 2026, to March 22, 2027, with four one-year option periods, not exceeding five years and six months total.
