- Lodging: 8 smoke-free rooms with modern amenities (microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, iron, safe, HDTV, fitness center access, high-speed internet). Each room must have two queen beds, a queen sofa sleeper, and a full bathroom. Handicapped-accessible rooms and Pack and Play for infants must be available upon request.
- Meals: Buffet-style dinner on the first evening; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the second day; and breakfast on the third day. Meal costs must not exceed government per diem rates.
